ONE FUSION

Fusion

"The result of joining two or more concepts together to form ONE single entity."

Here at One Fusion, we have a little something for all to enjoy. From singles to couples to families to groups. Our carefully designed food and drinks menu has enough variety and options that will surely satisfy even the harshest critic.

One fusion brand was born in January 2023. Two family members Rene & Paul had the idea that why can’t suburban Melbourne have a unique place to wine, dine and just unwind. A place for our guests to enjoy great food whilst still enjoying the One Fusion Vibe and experience.

Good food and great customer service. The ‘Old School’ Hospitality Experience.
